Carbide End Mills
 Fullerton
manufactures solid carbide end mills in hundred's of configurations
in both Fine Grain (Dura-Carb) Carbide and C-2 Carbide for a whatever
your special machining and metal cutting needs require. Fullerton
end mills are also available with PVD coatings for your particular
application.
Titanium Nitride (TiN) - a good general purpose coating that
is excellent for machining of iron based materials. Good resistance
to abrasive materials and adhesive wear.
Titanium Carbonitride (TiCN) - a higher hardness and a lower
coefficient of friction than TiN coating. It is recommended for
steel alloys, where moderate temperatures and generated.
Titanium Aluminum Nitride (TiAlN) - Excellent for high speed
machining of stainless steel, michle based high temperature alloys
and titanium alloys. Designed for dry and semi-dry machining operations.
