Combination Drill/Countersinks
 KEO
combined drills and countersinks are used for producing center holes
in components or workpieces which require machining between centers.
They offer plain, bell, and radius type drills in high-speed steel,
cobalt and titanium-nitride coated materials. The bell and radius
type combined drill/countersinks provide a protected centering seat,
while the radius style also reduces the bearing surface of the center
hole.

Spotting & Center Drills
 Spotting
and centering drills prevent misalignment frequently caused by using
regular drills for centering. KEO spotting and centering drills
are available in a wide variety of styles, from a single-flute design
that provides a smoother surface finish on a wide variety of materials,
to 3- and 4-flute designs, or 6-flute tools with staggered cutting
edges for greater material removal.

T-Slot & Keyseat Cutters
 KEO
T-slot milling cutters have staggered teeth on the circumferential
surface and teeth on both sides. The side teeth alternate to provide
maximum chip clearance and stability to permit rapid milling of
T-slots with minimum risk of breakage. KEO keyseat cutters are extremely
versatile profile milling cutters. Although originally designed
to mill standard woodruff keyseats, they now satisfy a variety of
applications from milling slots to milling threads.

Dovetail Cutters
 Dovetail
cutters are provided with 45° and 60° angles utilizing a
right hand cutting action. Dovetail cutters are available in high-speed
steel, M42 cobalt or carbide tipped cutters.
