Premium Drills
Designed for use with CNC machines and available
in both jobber and stub lengths, the new EX-Gold drill from
OSG/SOSSNER features a patented tool point, advanced flute
geometry, premium steel machined to CNC tolerances, standardized
shank diameters, and a superior titanium nitride coating.
This results in faster speeds and feeds, higher accuracy,
and longer tool life. In addition, because of greater
tool rigidity, you get surface finishes that eliminate secondary
reaming operations in many cases.

VP-Gold
Drills with TiAlN Coating
The ultimate drill for difficult-to-machine materials (40-50HRC).
Made from OSG's special XPM premium powder high speed steel
and coated with OSG's special TiAlN coating. Unique high
rigid flute form and point geometry reduce cutting resistance
for longer life and higher feed rates. Perfommance rivals
that of carbide drills. Available TiAlN finish only.

V-Select
HSSE V-3 Premium Drills
V-Select HSSE V-3 premium drills are designed
to be used in a wide range of materials. They are
made from HSSE-V3, 3% vanadium, and coated with OSG's special
TiCN coating for toughness and wear resistance.
In addition to 3% vanadium wear properties,
V-Select HSSE V-3 drills feature unique flute form with
X thinning to reduce cutting resistance. A 120° point
angle provides manageable chip ejection.

HY-PRO CARB® Micrograin
Carbide Drills, Countersinks, & Rotary Burs
OSG/SOSSNER HY-PRO CARB cutting tools are
made from an exceptionally fine premium grade 10% cobalt
micrograin-carbide structure which is one-third finer than
any micrograin being used today and one sixth finer than
conventional C-2 carbide. The exceptionally fine micrograin
structure has the toughness and rigidity normally associated
with conventional C-2 carbide, yet has a transverse rupture
strength of 400 KGF/MM2, which is 2.5 times greater
than that of C-2 carbide.
